First, make clear the will of each, and build the foundation of all the company's activities with it.

Second, pursue your own will with sincerity and spare no effort to assist the will of others.

Third, achieve a natural harmony between your own will and the will of others.

Company is a place where people connect with each other

A company is a place where people connect with each other.
We want to create a company that is true to this starting point.

People have their own desires,
and people cooperate with each other to realize their own desires.
We want to create such a company.

I do not want to tie people down by the logic of the company or the organization first,
I do not want to bind people.
I never want to move people with power.

My desire for our employees is
to work diligently every day to realize their own desires,
and to lend a hand to help others achieve theirs.

With these two things, love for self and love for others,
people will be able to connect with each other.

A corporation is essentially just a virtual thing created as a means for
people to realize their desires as human beings and for people to be happy.

However, when the notion of a corporation becomes so important
that the corporation asserts its existence to the disdain of the existence of people,
the misery of the true end begins.

First and foremost, we want to value the will of people.
We will never forget that starting point and build everything in our company from that starting point,
and that is our principle.

Why are companies seen as entities?

Why do you think that a corporation is an entity of the idea of a corporation?
It is because the corporation is the property of its shareholders or managers.
Shareholders materialize the corporation in order to get what they want as shareholders,
and begin to assert its existence.

Although the corporation as an entity appears to have a will of its own,
its essence is the will of its shareholders and management,
and the power structure linked to management emerges as a means to realize that will.

Corporate management by power does not connect people to each other

When a company is run by a power structure linked to its management,
people live only in relationship to that power structure.

I feel that all organizational evil comes from its power structure.
When people begin to live not in relationships between people, but in relationships between people and corporations,
they become essentially indifferent to others.

Modern society has become indifferent to people and the environment.
It is said that one of the main reasons for the various social unrest in recent years is that
people have become indifferent to others.
This is said to be one of the main reasons for the recent social unrest.

So I would like to rethink the idea of a corporation
in the context of a simple relationship between people.

While people sincerely pursue their own desires,
they also create a cooperative relationship in relation to the desires of others.
We want to realize such a simple ideal.

Anthropocentrism is based on the human will

If a corporation is to operate without power,
then how should it operate?

What makes people act as people is their will to do so.
People make small self-actualizations every day.

A person's power, after all, begins with his or her will,
and a person can never be anything other than what he or she inherently desires to be.

If one were forced to do anything other than one's self-ordained true desire, one would lose vitality and liveliness.

Therefore, anthropocentrism, in other words, must be based on the inherent will of the person.

And one's will is never given by others.

Harmony as a corporate entity

If the inherent will of man is the foundation, then how can harmony be created as a corporate entity?

If one loves one's self and values one's own true desires, then one can also value the true desires of others.

If we know the beauty of pursuing our own true desires,
we will be able to desire to help others pursue theirs as well.

If so, it should be possible to create a cooperative relationship between them
in order to realize the true desire of the self and the true desire of others together.

This is where connections are made between people,
and harmony is created in a corporate entity based on the will of people.

No one needs to sacrifice self, no one needs to sacrifice others, and such harmony should be possible.

Infinitely non-existent manager

In order to realize this corporate principle,
I would like to become an infinitely non-existent manager.

We believe that in order for people to connect with others,
there should not be a power structure linked to management.

We believe that the most important role of a manager
is to put this principle into practice in the same position as an employee.
