Even if we do not have the knowledge and technology you need, we are ready to research and learn quickly to meet your expectations.

  

• 03We would like to do our own maintenance and enhancements to the outsourced system, can we request a tutorial on how to do this?

  We always make an effort to design and implement the system based on the assumption that the customer will maintain and extend the system. If necessary, we can supply detailed documentation of the system and provide instructions for maintenance and expansion. Of course, we can also maintain and extend the system ourselves.

  

• 04I would like to improve the performance of an existing system instead of installing a new system.

  We can also provide services for systems that are currently in use. We are happy to help you improve performance, add new features, and more.

  

• 05Can we outsource the work to you even though we are not located in Japan?

  We can handle requests from outside Japan online. Please feel free to contact us.

  

• 06I have no experience in outsourcing development, so I don't know the market price. Can you give me a rough price structure as a budget guide?

  The price is quoted in the form of (development man-hours) x (unit price). The development man-hours are calculated based on the number of days required for development, while the unit price varies depending on the difficulty of the development, the contents of the deliverables, the time of delivery, and the terms and conditions of the contract. In the past, the unit price has ranged from 9,000 to 12,000 USD per month in many cases. For details, please feel free to request a price list.

  

• 07I would like to have a technical consultation, is there a cost?
